today I started my training after half an hour of flying my rc-heli. After three nice flights my brother arrived and we were look for a location to do the “Pullups”. But at soccer field the goal was to high to reach. So next time we’ll drive to the gym to do the workout there.
The other exercises were not so hard today. Situps we splitted up to 2×20, but the other stuff was ok.
Yesterday we had a barbecue and for me there is a straight meal plan today. And many many water to drink.
